Match.com Review how I met my wife
Internet dating nowadays has become more vogue than ever. I remember discussing the topic with a few mates over 7 years ago and getting responses like 'you must be really desperate' or 'how sad is that' and 'anyone going online must be a weirdo'. Wow what a difference a bit of time makes. I decided a while ago to buck the trend of my clique and give it a try, all be it on the sly of course! I thought to myself, look I am a busy, good looking guy that simply can't stand trashy nightclubs and coming home stinking of smoke and wasting a ton of cash just to stand in a corner listening to music.
It's not always that bad, but the town where I came from had such a poor clientele my fate was doomed from the start. The only other option was to save up for a big night out in the city which meant double the cost on an all night round trip and a lot of hassle if anything went wrong. The decision to go online was the best one I have ever made.
I must admit I tried about a dozen online sites. They never told you when you sign up how hard it is to actually start getting a date! I will spare you the poor feedback and lack of dates I got from these places. I was just about to stop my online search until I stumbled upon match.com. I would like to give you a review of my experience for you as I truly believe this is one of the best sites to try your luck.
When choosing an online dating site it's easy to get carried away with the look and feel of the site. I have fallen victim myself. The true worthiness of the site in my opinion is how many users they have online, not only that but how many are staying with that particular website and the ease of use, and the membership fees and discounts that you can receive. Match.com was by far the biggest in terms of how many people it had for me at the time; it's only getting bigger as we speak. I also liked the way they rewarded you for being a long term subscriber. Many people look for free websites; put it this way, how cheap are you? If you can't afford the cost of an average night out spread over 3-6 months you will never get a date! Subscribing is a must as it gives you full membership privileges and options to be able to contact other people, to do a variety of different and unique things.
Match.com is where I met my wife, when we saw the find love in 6 months guarantee or your money back, we were gob smacked that in actual fact we did find love, we didn't get married for a few years later but none the less it worked for us.
It was on the very last week of my 3 month membership expiring date that I sent a wink to my lovely wife Elle and she winked back. We then started email and msn conversations gradually progressing to phone calls over the space of about 2-3 months. I found that match.com had more serious people actually looking for real romance as opposed to a quick fling. That’s what I got from my wife's point of view as well as she tried a few different sites with the same feelings.
I highly recommend Match.com as a real serious place to find someone special, but just like traditional dating if you are serious you will be patient as long as you have a good profile, nice pics that show your personality of and understand the basics of flirting electronically then you should have a good online dating life. You can try match out for yourself <link> , you can't beat the 6 months guarantee- If you don't find love in the first 6 months you get the next 6 months free!
